Travis Ogden
Travis Ogden is an accomplished artist, sculptor and jeweler. He earned his Bachelor's of Fine Arts at University of Texas, Austin, TX and continued on to complete his Master of Fine Arts at Washington University in St. Louis, MO. Travis also worked and studied with renowned artist and jeweler, Nilda Getty, at Colorado State University. In addition, Travis taught metal arts at University of Colorado, Boulder and Front Range Community College and has also exhibited work at Jewelers of America events. Winner of the prestigious 2003 Niche Award, Travis specializes in anti-clastic raising, a metal arts technique that creates reverse compound curves using sinusoidal stakes and cross pein hammers.
